Welcome to Pre-Bike. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase from Pre-bike.shop.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The bicycle must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • The item must not have been intentionally damaged, modified, or altered after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase from Pre-bike.shop is required.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned with the item.

Free Returns

Pre-Bike offers free return shipping within the United States for eligible returns approved by our support team.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us at Support@Pre-bike.shop to receive return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied or reduced if:

  • The item is returned damaged due to misuse.

  • Parts, accessories, or components are missing.

  • The item has been modified after delivery.

  • The return request is made after the 30-day return period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong bicycle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@Pre-bike.shop. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process will apply.

Shipping Area

Pre-Bike currently ships only within the United States. All orders include free shipping.
